Our Las Vegas office is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team.

 

ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re looking for experienced, detailed, motivated and passionate team players to add to the Sales Team at ASTOUND. Our Account Executives are responsible for lead generation and new account sales strategies through prospecting and discovery.  You will work closely with designers, estimating and account teams to solution the win.  

The Account Executive should have the passion and undeniable grit to win! Meeting new people, understanding the needs of our clients, listening and servicing those needs comes naturally to the people in this role. Organization, proactivity, and results are essential. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly adaptable, fast learner with superior creative, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with negotiation skills (writing samples a plus)
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to cope under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross-functional groups
  • Extensive experience in cold calling outreach for new business and leads within the trade show and events space
  • Ability to create an account growth strategy
  • Passionate in meeting new people, social settings and networking
  • Ability to work in an environment characterized by constant change and tight deadlines and pressure
  • Experience using CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com a major asset
  • Relevant experience in our industry is a must with a minimum of three years
