You have both business and technical acumen that can implement new features and increase adoption. This is a permanent full-time position. 



  • Bachelor in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • 1+ years of administration and project implementation experience.
  • Understands APEX (development experience an asset)
  • 1+ years of experience with development (in any language) and open to improving this skillset
  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting
  • 1+ years experience as a support/systems analyst implementing and/or supporting other enterprise applications besides Salesforce (cloud and/or on premise) such as Sage Intacct, Workato, Amazon AWS, SQL, APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Solid understanding of the software development cycle and release management
  • Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
  • A passion for helping customers/users and resolving (their) problems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong data loading experience using Data Loader
  • High degree of personal initiative
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce certification as an admin, platform builder, or developer
  • IT support and systems administration experience
  • Some knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools such as Pardot or HubSpot
  • Integrated Development Environments (IDE): Eclipse,, Visual Studio
  • Build Automation - Apache Ant, Salesforce Migration Tool


  • Leads and implements Salesforce-related initiatives to support the various departments
  • Provides technical assistance, prioritizes and support incoming inquiries, requests, and issues related to software, software integration and application support
  • Performing detailed impact analysis and testing to ensuring that changes are deployed smoothly and error-free
  • Ensures users/customers are provided with professional, courteous, and timely support and service
  • Implements Salesforce dashboards/reports to track KPIs for all divisions at ASTOUND
  • Ensures quality and consistent documentation including, but not limited to, knowledgebase articles to streamline issue resolution, systems documentation, enhancement/upgrade preparation, testing, policy and procedures, and other end-user training documentation
  • Provides assistance and training to all divisions of business processes, third-party vendor products, best practices, functionality, solutions, tips and tricks
  • Proactively identify concerns, identify gaps, determine and fix root cause, and recommend solutions
  • Map business requirements to system/technical requirements and uses best practices to help improve system performance and user adoption
  • Collaborates with and escalates requests to other IT members, other departments and 3rd party vendors as needed
  • Assists with the implementation, testing and execution of new/upgraded systems implementation and other system-related projects
  • Provide overflow IT support and assistance/guidance for technology projects at ASTOUND
  • Manage productive relationships with both external and internal users
  • Performs other duties as assigned
