6 month contract to Permanent
$18-22/hour depending on experience
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Large ERP experience and strong MS Excel abilities (Pivot tables and Vlookups)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post and process 50-100 invoices weekly
- Issue cheques manually, dealing with both U.S and Canadian dollar amounts
- Analyze vendor invoices, monitor and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintains financial historical records by scanning and filing accounting documents About You
