WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – LAS VEGAS

ASTOUND’s projects span over 40 countries and their clients are some of the most well-recognized brands across multiple industry sectors including consumer products, sports and entertainment, telecommunications, and technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling and constructing a complete set up of booth components
- Incorporate the "1 set up" program
- Coordinate with the Fabrication department on components needed to create or modify
- Coordinate with Asset management on rental components
- The erect structure according to plans and specifications
- Advise the Asset Manager and Fabrication Manager of any conflicts or discrepancies with specs
- Ensure panels and features fit together with seams straight, flush, and tight
- Coordinate with the Fabrication department to correct deficiencies
- Measure the completed structure for spec compliance and booth orientation
- Coordinate with the graphics department for fitting of graphics
- Install wire management and pre-cabling
- Coordinate with the lighting/electrical department for pre-fit
- Map and sequentially number panels and features noting control points
- Record pictures and digitize the mapping of the structure
- Obtain Project Manager approval before dismantle
- Coordinate with S/R on dismantling and packing
- Provide slam dunk kits
- Containerize all hardware and ID
- ID all shipping containers with contents
- Provide copies of maps, plans and content lists to the Project Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- General warehouse labor
- Shipping and Receiving
- Assists with prep and staging work as requested
- Local deliveries and pickups as required General building maintenance as required
- Receive and count stock items, record data manually, and submit to Inventory Control
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the stockroom or warehouse
- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment clean and maintain supplies, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to the supervisor
