Project Coordinator

Permanent Full Time

The Project Coordinator is expected to make an instrumental contribution to plan, analyze and optimize the fabrication of all current projects, and to ensure that fabrication proceeds efficiently, on time and on budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality. The Project Coordinator will also be required to take on smaller projects from start to finish including estimating, client communication and close out documentation as required. As a member of the Project Management Team, you are expected to continue to develop your skills in innovation, advanced fabrication, materials, processes and techniques while operating with the highest level of professionalism.



  • Collaborate with team members on a daily basis and demonstrate a continuous effort to improve efficiency of projects and properly troubleshoot current/future design and build challenges.
  • Assists Project Managers by contributing to product research, sourcing, project timeline creation, work orders, and other administrative activities.
  • Initiates PO’s and payment requests, approves invoices and follows internal vendor payment procedure.
  • Contribute the development of the departmental digital infrastructure by producing project reports and project tracking tools
  • Develops and manages project specific production schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Initiates and monitors production progress of all assigned active projects through internal work order process.
  • Undertakes project specific production feasibility, cost and timeline studies as required
  • Attend and participate in internal solutions meetings to brainstorm and develop solutions
  • Other Duties as assigned


  • Coordination & Administrative Skills – you have top coordination and administrative skills, including a high degree of competence working with Microsoft Office
  • Organized– you’re a self-motivated, super multi-tasker and effective time manager who is able to set priorities and plan well in advance to meet multiple shifting deadlines. You enjoy being the ‘go-to’ person who can be counted on to get things done
  • Detail Oriented – you have a keen attention to detail and a “right the first time” mindset
  • Problem Solver - you enjoy taking initiative to work through the unknown and to leverage your skills to ‘figure things out’
  • Communicator – you’re able to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely oral and written communication
  • Tenacious – committed to bring tasks to completion and help the project team navigate changes or unforeseen challenges to bring the project to fruition.
