SITE SERVICES MANAGER

Permanent Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support, coordination, and high-level planning for site related 3rd party vendors and ASTOUND Installation supervisors.

  • Prepare and maintain a long-term project schedule and review needs periodically for 3rd party I&D and services bookings.
  • Maintain and coordinate ASTOUND Site lead booking schedule and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and/or prepare “Site Kits” for projects prior to installation
  • Attend pre-install site meetings
  • Assist with estimates for I&D and show services, and research show manuals
  • Ensure that show services are ordered correctly and before the discount deadline when at all possible.
  • Manage the communication with 3rd party I&D companies
  • Ensure that Site leads complete all necessary paperwork including daily site reports, status updates and photos.
  • Collect all post-show invoices and reconcile as required prior to job closing
  • Occasionally go to installs and manage an on-site ASTOUND service desk
  • Assist in development of “best practices” and processes
  • Take an active role in training and coaching other staff
  • Manage a small team of report-to as the department grows
  • Other duties as assign by your report-to, or ASTOUND Executive team

 

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills
  • Proactive, self-starter style work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Planning and Scheduling background
  • Working knowledge of Exhibit/Trade show fulfillment
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system as considered a strong asset
