With high expectations for VIP attendees, hospitality with the utmost privacy and attention to detail are absolute priorities with this audience.

BMO worked directly with ASTOUND to produce a premium booth experience at one of the world's most exclusive banking trade shows: Sibos. With the purpose of the booth centered almost exclusively around private meetings, guests were required to check-in at the reception desk and wait in the queuing area to ensure privacy from beginning to end. From there, the attendees could proceed to their private meetings from the comfort of one of the various meeting rooms.
