ASTOUND was asked to create an engaging virtual event for Okta’s clients and prospects.

To deliver on Okta’s event objectives, we developed a virtual live broadcast experience that was centered around an Octoberfest theme.

They say first impressions count. So, we set the tone for Okta and their guests by creating an informative, engaging website and registration platform.

During the live virtual event, attendees participated in a presentation on the latest product information from Okta. To bring their theme to life, we added elements of spontaneity and interaction by integrating a fun game of trivia. The livestream also featured a real-time chat function where guests could interact with each other.
