On the Road Virtual Event

Okta hosted a virtual showcase tour called ‘Okta on the Road’ in three regions (west, east, apac) in place of a live global road show.

ASTOUND handled gathering, creating the run-of-show, and editing all video assets. Home kits for filming setups were sent to all presenters with content captured through a live session with a technician. We created and implemented a microsite for each region that captured email sign ins and stamped their passport with viewed videos to enter into a raffle draw for a chance to win a $500 Airbnb gift card. During the live stream, pre-recorded content was delivered on the event dates with participants submitting questions during the live event to be followed up after the event.
