FACTORY GRAND OPENING

 

To promote the grand opening of the largest solar panel manufacturing factory in the Western Hemisphere, Hanwha Q CELLS hosted a factory opening event complete with event tent and a custom showroom to showcase the products to be manufactured in the new facility.

CHALLENGE

The overall event took place over the course of three full days, starting from the moment the guests arrived at the airport where they were shuttled over to the Chateau Elan winery to enjoy a day of dining, touring or relaxing at
the spa.

SOLUTION

The second day consisted of a scramble-style gold tournament complete with LPGA pros on-
site to coach guests. The final day was saved for the main event where guests were shuttled from
the Chateau to the Dalton factory for the final activities. Guests were given a guided tour of the facility before participating in a champagne toast and celebratory presentations for Q CELLS
executives and the Governor of Georgia.

Hanwha Q CELLS worked directly with ASTOUND, from concept to construction, to produce a custom trade show space that leveraged light and motion as a focal point of the display to attract and engage attendees.

This booth was viewed as an opportunity to showcase the superiority of this global solar leader.

SOLUTION

Light and motion was incorporated throughout the space to attract and engage attendees from afar as their first touchpoint with Q CELLS. Once inside the booth, attendees could examine physical displays of Q CELLS solar panels mounted vertically on custom display units. For business and buyer attendees, private meeting spaces lined the back of the booth with additional lounge space for before or after meetings.

From concept to construction, we produced a custom tradeshow space that leveraged light and motion as a focal point of the display to attract and engage attendees.

SOLUTION

Light and motion was incorporated throughout the space to attract and engage attendees from afar as their first touchpoint with Q CELLS. Once inside the booth, attendees could examine physical displays of Q CELLS solar panels mounted vertically on custom display units around LED pillars to create a cohesive, product-centric experience. Beyond product displays and flashy LED features, the booth contained a full hospitality area with coffee service and lounges where attendees could sit amongst the LED forest. For business and buyer attendees, private meeting spaces lined the back of the booth with additional lounge space for before or after meetings.
